It is funny that this movie and Thunderbolts* kind of ended in a similar way, but one just did it so much better.

Sam Wilson, in no way shape or form should be able to keep up with any worldwide threats. He ain’t a super soldier, that’s it. Has nothing to do with race.
If they somehow incorporated him getting the serum in Endgame, I’d be ok with it. But he doesn’t have it. Red Hulk should just be able to grab him and squeeze the life out of him

I think that is what should've happened in Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
He should've been all I'm not gonna take it. Then other Cap takes it and they fight and Sam gets his arse kicked.
Then he finds Bradley and he still has the sob story but convinces Sam that he needs to take it if he wants to be Cap or something.
Then Sam is able to beat new Cap and no need for the "be better" or whatever speech at the end.
He should've been all I'm not gonna take it. Then other Cap takes it and they fight and Sam gets his arse kicked.

I believe this drops on D+ next week. I need to check it out because I've been holding off on Thunderbolts until I see this one.

SPOILER ALERT: Isn't this the Winter Soldier, CABNW, and Thunderbolt plots: one of the good guy leaders turns out to be the bad guy all along? Seems like there is a lot of that in the MCU.

He's gotta take the serum in Doomsday. That's the only way they can make that character work.

Same. At this point, I'm not sure I care enough to see Thunderbolts in the theater. It's summer now and I have a bunch of trips lined up. I think I can wait for it to hit D+ in August or just pay to rent it when it hits digital.
