I liked it. It did win best supporting actor and best original screenplay at the Academy Awards, so I'd say that's high praise, right?

Why is there a thread about this movie every week now? It won two Academy Awards (which is definitely enough).

Remove those parts and it MIGHT be better than Django.

But it lessens the movie.

Django gets better the more times you watch it.

Also its becoming clear that IG may be better "Theater watch" but I'm looking forward to the extended (3hr 25 min version) of Django Unchained.

If I was gonna troll Inglorious bastards, would I not bee the first person to even mention it.

Weak troll

I was seeing if anyone had anything intelligent on here to say about Django, but then again im on Tigerdroppings, and with a name like LUKESidewalker, LSU people can tend to do nothing but hate, and I can only wonder why?

But dont answer back, you dont wanna feed the troll. Im so hungry.

My post had nothing to do with your name being LukeSidewalker.

If you like Django better than IB - cool. I respectfully disagree, but media is a subjective thing, so it's cool.

For you to not say it's in the same ballpark is ridiculous. IB has more memorable scenes in the first 30 minutes than Django has in the entire 2hr45min

Ok now this was hilarious

I agree that the opening is one of the GOAT. But c'mon. Basterds practically went into meh mode after those 30 mins and then picked up again by the time they get to the Tavern scene (another classic)

IG is very good to great. But its more so because of the parts not the film itself. But to each their own. Its a movie with AMAZING scenes....I dont think its a amazing movie...

I asked ramrod for his list.

I'm not taking this seriously, I just took slight issue with your statement that IB is not in the same ballpark as django.

opening
the scene with shosanna in the restaurant when landa walks in.
bear jew intro

id hardly call the movie meh after that. slowing down for development is a normal thing and i found it engaging for its entirety.

I hate the concept for this movie and I hate Eric Bishop and Kerry Washington for being in it.
