i find it interesting that this show isn't getting more play on this board. Even for an old fart like me, I find the story arc of Jules compelling. I'm finding myself looking forward to each new episode.

I was correct. It's really really good IMO.
I find all of the storylines compelling. Kat is the one that hasn't happened for me yet. Seems to be on the backburner. I'm still behind though but I'm in.

Anxious to see how Jules gets out of the Rue situation. Looks like we should find out next week potentially.

Feels like we're clearly headed toward Jules feeling smothered -> pushes Rue away -> Rue is crushed and relapses
Also, we'll get the McKay backstory next week. Assuming that leaves Cassie for E7 and Fez for E8. This show has a lost a little momentum from this first few weeks but I'm still intrigued enough to keep watching.

You think so? I think the last two episodes have been better than the first 3. They have a lot of interesting story line potential coming up between Jules/Rue fall out, Mady and what happens with the assault case, and what happens at this party next week and McKay realizing he isn't good at football. The Kat story kind of nosedived the last few episodes, considering it didn't make any progress this week.

Hoping McKay doesn’t kill himself.. with football not working out and getting brown up with... its setting up for a dramatic end ( and since they wrote that character out as well)

Think his quote this week about his sons having rage issues is major foreshadowing to one of them beating his arse. Either Nate when he thinks he made a careless mistake with one of the flings, or the other son discovering that side of him and losing it.
