If the title of the thread is "Flaws With X Movie", I think spoliers can be safely assumed. You CANNOT discuss the flaws of a movie without spoilers.

True. That has nothing to do with how old the movie is, though.

wouldnt/shouldnt this whole board just be considered spoilers? Its here to discuss movies. When movies are discussed then chances are there will be spoilers.

No, there are often non-spoiler threads. And TV shows are a different animal too, because you can talk about different seasons and whatnot.

so why shouldn't it be if you want a non spoiler thread, then say its a non spoiler thread in title and assume all other threads have spoilers. It seems there are more spoiler threads than non spoiler, the non spoilers should identify themselves and let everyone follow the rules of that thread..IMO

just don't post the spoiler in the thread title (I'm looking at YOU Big Brother fricktard) and there's no problem. If it's a show or movie i haven't seen and want to see, i don't click it.

This crosses my mind every time I watch the part 1.

#2 Is a pretty bad argument. People get shot up in movies all the time and go on to do completely rediculous things. He get shot up and *GASP* climbs out of a car??? Buddy, thats not that big of a deal and an extreme example of nitpicking a 3 hour movie.

And

would make for a pretty cool avatar pic.

to be fair to the author, you pretty much have to nitpick when you're trying to find flaws in a flawless movie

The family paid off someone who was convicted of capital murder to confess to killings, he got the chair taking the confession to his grave. Michael was untouchable for the murders, although I think they were mentioned at the congressional hearings.

Im currently reading Godfather's Revenge

The Corleone family controls judges and the press. They made it go away and that is shown through the progressive newspaper headlines. It got buried.

Plus, my impression was that everyone knew he was dirty so it was kinda just a shrug when he was killed.

I always thought Hymen Roth set it up that way and gave orders not to completely kill him, thinking Pentangeli would go after Michael. This way, no one would go after Roth for killing Michael

That's what I always thought it was.
Ditto.

Roth explained that he wanted revenge for Moe Green, but kept in mind that he had made a lot of money working with the Corleones. The rest kind of follows.

Not a story flaw but I always really liked Moe Green and wished he hadnt of died.
I mean the guy practically built Las Vegas and there isnt even so much as a sign to with his name on it to commemorate him.
