She made her feelings about Screech very clear to Screech. He had no shot. She can't be off limits to Zack because Screech is stalking her every day of his life.

But on top of that, let’s not forget in 9th grade when Kelly was failing science and Screech tutored her. They sort of developed a bit of a crush on each other. So much so that she invited that piece of shite to the fricking George Michael concert instead of Zack.
Or when Screech tried to hook her up with Melvin Nerdly and Kelly was making out with him all over school.
So if anything, Zack kissing Lisa was retribution from four years of idiocy from Screech including trying to born in on his woman.
