So...I actually thought about this when I was in the shower this morning...
The 9th Wonder comics that Hiro reads...those were drawn by Issac Mendez...who was killed off in Season 1. We haven't seen the comics since then, and now they appear again in this episode. Who's penning/drawing the comic now??? Future Hiro? Arthur? Sylar?

who knows. it depends on what time Hiro is currently in. What time did he travel to? he could have traveled back into time to where Mendez was still drawing the comics. Or, Issac could have drawn these comics before he died.
But, I think it is likely that someone else drew them. Good find.

Especially considering it can be drug induced in those without the ability.

you're assuming that Hiro traveled back in time - he didnt - he just thinks he's 10 - not travel back to when he was 10

They could still be Isaac's. In season 1, just before he died, he gave all his work to his friend/buyer. They could just be publishing that.
Either way, it is pretty easy to explain away given the 3000 people who can see the future on the show.

Its not a different comic book, its the same one. When the flipped through it at the beginning, it showed the things from season 1. When they got to the back of the book, it was present day.

you'd think he'd break down and buy the damn thing since it's pretty much a play-by-play of his life......

How can you guys hate such a good show,I swear to god people do this shite everytime something hell of good is on tv.
This is heroes not the crap shite scrubs or er. Theirs going to be more then one storyline because this is heroes and villans and its not about one person. If it was just about one person they would call it Hero. Their already is one Hiro and hes the chinease guy but theirs more heroes then just him.
You guys have to realize the fact that in a world of heroes each will have their own story line and plotline. Stop acting like fricking idiots.

I thought Hiro was Japanese, but I could be wrong.

I don't know if anybody noticed this, and if you have a DVR, you gotta go back and check it out, it's effing hilarious:
At the end, when the villians are gathered around Arthur as he's paining the future, the camera is way far out, so you can't really tell what he's doing, so it looks like he's choking the chicken. What makes it better, is that they zoom in on his face, and his eyes roll to the back of his head.
Anyone with a DVR check this out. I was laughing so hard I was crying, and my sides were in pain.

No I'm not. My observation has nothing to do with Hiro being 10 or him traveling back into time. I'm talking about the present and I'm saying there's no way Mendez can be producing new comics in the present if he's dead. So either the comics are being drawn by a new artist or Mendez just had a shite ton of these done before he died.

I'm not responding to anybody inparticular:
I've watched every episode and I have to say this is the most confusing show on television. There are some bad characters, well intentioned characters, and some decent well-written characters.
My only thing is the plot seems redundant "Save the world". Everybody having abilities is bad. Gotcha. But this show has gotten to the point where its more confusing and not worth keeping up with.
Their ratings are starting to decline and I'm just waiting for Sylar to start surfing and jump some mutant shark that was created by Mohinder.
I'm barely being able to stomach this and its sometimes painful to watch because everyone knows that next season its the exact same thing: "Save the world"
I could deal with the cheerleader being written out of the show. I don't think it would miss a beat. She hasn't been showing any T&A anyway. Every episode she is in, "I'm a big girl now. Nobody needs to look out for me."
