50's Film Noir set in Japan. Directed by Sam Fuller, so it's a bit wild, but location setting is almost documentary style. Gorgeous Technicolor. Story is ok. Free on YouTube

It's in the regular rotation on the Fox Movie Channel.



Great cast. It's an undercover heist movie with a love story thrown in.

The actress playing the love interest has a crazy background. Japanese national born in China at a time when relations were 'interesting' between the two countries. She passed as Chinese until the war was over
