They couldn't have handled Venom any worse. It was horrible. One of my favorite villains of all time, and they completely shite the bed with him.

I loved it Scarlett is back to number 1 on my list. More than half the theater stayed until after the credits

He was supposed to come off that way.

Solid sequel, I think I'd put it right up there with the first Iron Man after 1st viewing.
All the actors put in good work. ScarJo surprised me, she was pretty kick arse.
The story was on par with the 1st for me, now some of the dialogue was sketchy, but as far as the plot goes I thought it was well done.
Effects and action were better than the 1st, but that is expected with any comic sequel i suppose.
Overall I'd prolly say 7.758723/10.

This is a good movie. You won't be ripped off.
I've read a couple of negative reviews from national critics, but you know what? I think they could have put anything up on the screen and they would have hated it.
You go to superhero movies to see some action, an entertaining story and a little character building. You're not ponying up seven bucks to see On Golden Pond.
Iron Man 2 delivers the goods. If you liked #1, you will like #2.
FYI - Scarlett Johanssen is awesome in this movie.

If you liked the original Iron Man, there's no reason you won't like this one. The action sequences are better in 2, and the FX are first rate. The story's not as strong, but all the quips and one-liners are there. Robert Downey Jr. is of course still awesome as Tony Stark, and most of the supporting roles are good. I had a little problem with the way Sam Rockwell played his character...he was a little too annoying for me. Although, he did have one great scene where the character really worked. Scarlett Johannsen looked great kicking arse, love Don Cheadle in anything. Mickey Rourke's villain is better than Obadiah Stane in the original movie. I'm not digging on Samuel L. as Nick Fury, I think he's distracting...maybe it's the old school comic fan in me. It's a fun movie, and a great kick off to the summer movie season.
I couldn't put it better myself!

I just saw it. I thought it was really good. All of the new characters were great and Don Cheadle was a perfect replacement for Terrance Howard. Just watch the movie and done whine if some parts aren't as good as the first one. It is a good sequel and it's got everything you want in a solid summer movie. Great way to start the summer.
Good Lord that Thor tease got me after the credits! Can't wait

Eh, if you see Vicki Christina Barcelona (my wife wanted to see it) Penelope Cruz makes her look ugly.

Iron Man 2 was better than Iron Man.

Anybody else notice he had orange palms? I can only assume it's from that fake tan lotion. I was wondering since he's such a douche in the movie, if they did it on purpose?

:raises hand: It was distracting how fake his skin color was.

We didn't stay that late.
I guess I don't understand how anyone who has seen the first one can leave before the credits are over in the 2nd one. Almost the entire theater got up tonight when I saw it.

Yes!! That scene where he is having dinner in the airplane hanger with Rourke was soo distracting because of his damn hands

LSUCreole,
This statement is so true that you just need to say it one more time!
This picture is just NOT big enough.
