I don't know if what he is saying is true, but I just checked her Wikipedia and she started working for WCW at 19.

I didn't know about the Jamie Foxx thing. I just lost what little respect for her I ever had. David Flair taking her virginity was common knowledge among wrestling fans but I think that story may have actually come from David himself.

you're not the first person that I have heard this from. do you mind sharing more details?
I know someone who promotes for several clubs in West Hollywood and he has told me a couple of funny stories about her, most of which were from a few years back. One thing he told me about Stacy is that she is/was so well known in the "inner circles" of promoters in Hollywood that if you had any sort of connection to red carpet events no matter how big or small of an event, then you could pretty much guarantee yourself a one night stand with her if you hooked her up with a pass.
