I really liked Shutter Island. Pacing was very good. No the twist ending wasn't the greatest thing ever like it was marketed, but overall I think it is a very solid and enjoyable movie.

Love him in Django. I'm really looking forward to seeing his portrayal of H.H. Holmes.

I loved in Django, when they are having dinner and he slams his hand on the table and cut it, that wasn't supposed to happen. He cut it pretty damn bad and just kept on going. Apparently everyone on set was just like WTF?

Even his weaker movies are good. Shutter Island, Revolutionary Road, The Aviator, and J. Edgar come to mind.

Say what?

I thought Shutter Island was fantastic. I didn't like Wolf. Got bored with it. Thought it was a flashy Wall Street without the heaviness.

I forget how good he was in Django Bc I didn't care for the movie, and Bc Samuel L to me was amazing.

Wolf has a lot of flaws but I'm having a hard time with "boring" being one of them. It's a crazy-arse movie.

Tom hardy

This.

I got blasted once for saying this on this board. Leo was great on his own, but the very first scene where he and Hardy are together Hardy totally steals the spotlight. And they're just walking around a little bit and sitting down at a table.
