I also believe that MIB and gang will make their move to the Temple tonight.

BOLD PREDICTION ALERT:

Many Others will die in tonight's episode.

I know, I know...I should start my own weekly webcast. If only I had the time...

I personally think he is trapped because that was the form he was in when Jacob was killed.

I thought that too until I realized three things:

1. Burial has been an important theme for the whole series. Recall the several burials in Season 1, Albert demanding the "body", Dharma insisting the bodies are buried.
2. The MIB only impersonated unburied people on the island. Recall Echo's brother, Alex, Christian...All other "occurences" are visions via Jacob.
3. Illana stated the MIB was trapped in basically the same scene they buried Locke. They focused the camera on this if you recall.

I find it hard to believe that no one has ever buried a body while Smokie was currently in that form of the body.

I'll let it slide though.

Agree with them but Smokie took the form of Horace when he was dead and assumed buried.... Richard took Horaces body and you would think that he would be the first to know that you have to bury a body.

Unless we are assuming that Horaces run in with Locke was just imagined

I wonder why there was a whole dug for the dharma people, but they were not buried.

Also, why was it imperative that they bring back Lockes body? Was Ben told to do so by MIB and didnt know who it was? He didnt believe he would come back to life so why so important to bing him back.

Not too long ago someone here theorized that Horace might have been jumping through time, hence the nose bleed. Sounds plausible but I don't think there is much evidence to confirm it either way.

Which leads to... Christian's body. Likely that MIB stole the body and stashed it somewhere for later use. The Others didn't know about it at the time..

my theory on tonight is that people will die in the temple. MIB, and crew will show up there. Also, the title....it is time for the sun to go down and become night time. thats all there is to that i bet.

And thats when the attack happens

There are many possibilities but after The Substitute I think it is something blatantly obvious.

I just hope the next week flies by... Next week is Ben's episode. Should be money.

And for those saying that Sun dies, very doubtful since there is an episode later this season centered around her and Jin.

*** Spoiler ***

If you've read any of the LOST books or breakdowns, Sayid is referred to as "The Weapon". so I seriously doubt he will die this early in the war.

Really looking forward to this episode; should be some serious action in the showdown at sundown. Sayid aka Naveen Andrews is my wife's favorite actor in the series. She fell in love with him in The English Patient. Sayid is definitely one of my favorite LOST characters also. Sounds like Sayid will struggle with his darkness infection. Should also be interesting to see Sawyer's role in the showdown. I expect to see Sawyer not far behind Flocke at Claire's camp. Guess they will all be trekking together to the Temple.
