Michael C. Hall to return for Dexter sequel…again

Spoilers for the OG series and New Blood.
The sequel series is not the previously announced prequel series following young Dexter, which Hall will be narrating. Nor is it the spin-off series focusing on Harrison that New Blood seemed to set up.
Unless this is some kind of Dexter-verse, I didn’t think the ending of New Blood was ambiguous.

I’ve watched this panel before.
I’m 100% on let Dexter series go away and enjoy the early greatness it was.
I do like the discussion and seeing their reactions and thoughts, but I don’t think they could make it right.

This. That new season a few years ago was really reaching with their storylines and missed the mark as far as I'm concerned.

The only good part about "New Blood" was that it ended. Was hoping that would be it.

Can’t make myself start new blood. I hate watched seasons 7 and 8 just to say I finished Dexter

I liked Clancy Brown’s character and I thought the ending was an improvement on the original ending, which isn’t saying much. But you’re right, it should have ended there. I guess Hall can’t find any other work.

Well yeah. Literally no one is interested any him in any other role. Hate that for the dude but Dexter did like….nothing for his career unfortunately
