That first episode was awesome.

Have a feeling this will round into shape, too, with Thor’s God Killer storyline. Starting to get a lot of “god” introductions via this and Eternals coupled with the multiverse.

I’ve always dug the character. I’ve likened him in terms of brutality to be Marvel’s Batman. This will no doubt be watered down a million percent for this show though. Fun first episode, albeit a bit slow to get going.
And yeah injuries to feet and eyes are stuff that make my physically wince when I watch in an entertainment medium so that opening scene was rough

I think they’re setting up multiple “teams,” for lack of a better word. Supernatural team, Moon Knight, Black Knight, Blade. You could throw Wanda and Strange in there. Ghost Rider rumors.
Then you have Young Avengers with Kate Bishop, Wiccan and Speed, Ms Marvel, Patriot, America Chavez, Kid Loki, etc etc.

Midnight Sons makes sense to me. Forgot they were doing that.
I don't see how this guy could possibly fit into the MCU Avengers, but maybe they'll make it work.
