Caddyshack probably gets quoted on every golf course, every day.

The Outlaw Josey Wales has more devastating quotes than any movie ever made.

Stripes and Ghostbusters actually informed the American vernacular, with phrases like "some serious _____" or "_____ is toast" or responding to a threat by saying "ooooooh" like this guy.

And of course, Spicoli got people to stop calling each other "man" and replaced it with "dude" among other surf words he popularized. Gnarly. Bogus. And of course, "totally awesome."

I regularly respond "some people prefer their cucumbers pickled" to a situation that calls for it.

I also have written "FIF" on a piece of paper and held it up in lieu of a response in work meetings.

Dumb and Dumber, already mentioned
Jurassic Park, specifically Ian Malcolm, has some good ones.
Raiders of the Lost Ark.
