Butter's last name is Stotch, not Scotch.
The reason Kenny's dad wears a hat with the word Scotch on it is because he's an out of work alcoholic...

I totally forgot Thomas existed.
If you're going to include a character with limited appearances, you're better off throwing in Scott Tenorman or the goth kids or something like that.
