So I am guessing that he has never read a black panther comic book.

Yeah man...cause if there is one thing we dont have to worry about its Hollywood hijacking a source material and using it to make a political statement.

It's a super hero movie you fricking nitwit.

Sidenote: This looks awesome! There we're two black panthers though! I am guessing at some point tRealBP loses the throne.

I've always associated Black Panther with Jazz, so the struggle hip hop kinda wears thin.

Black Panther is easily one of the most bad-arse, don't-give-a-frick about anything but my people heroes in marvel's universe that almost borders on anti-hero.

They seem to be getting him right.

He literally joined the Avengers in the comics only because he wanted to learn them in case he ever had to fight them one day.

Anyone bringing race into this is an a-hole. It takes place in Africa. Of course it is going to mainly be black people in the movie.

Anyone pissed about all black people in this movie are the opposite side of the retarded coin that was pissed that Dunkirk had too many white people.

Cant wait for this movie. I almost jumped out of my seat the first time I saw how badass they made BP in Civil War.

This. Even when cap and iron man tried to recruit him during civil war. He didn't even bother to get off his throne, just sat there and told them to frick off.

Trailer looks great. The cinematography seems to be dark, foreboding, and beautiful. Black Panther was always a favorite of mine and was a standout in Civil War IMO. Going to be re-watching the Black Panther animated series to get in the mood.

"Other than the lack of believable physics and the over saturation of African Americans, how did you enjoy the play Mrs. Lincoln?"

Looks ok, but I was never a big black panther comic fan. Will still see it at some point.

What I like is Marvel didn't put humor in the trailer, they are overusing it too much lately. It's slowly been getting worse, the first GotG really made them ramp it up in more of their movies though. Needs to be toned back, they can go serious cheesy more often.

But a guy turning green and growing 9 ft. tall is realistic?

BP was with Rightclops on that one.

He also had one of the best small parts of Spider-man: The Other miniseries.

MCU has been very faithful to source material outside of X-Men/FF, which is fox anyway.

So the trailer looked great. But I think its going to suck donkey balls.

It is releasing in Feb, usually a sign of a weak movie. It will also be up against annilation and cloverfield 2017. Annilihation prolly sucks too based on release date, but Cloverfield? Who knows, original released during a dump month.

Marvel could be aiming for a sea change.

Deadpool woke executives up that properly marketed and entertaining movies around Valentine's are bank.

Most importantly the Asgardians are being sent off in Ragnarok for who knows how long cinematically.

Wakanda is the new Asgard in the setting and the direct lead in to Infinity War.

Edit: Since Inhumans shite the bed so hard that they won't be salvageable to non fans. Wakanda is the only near earth tech so advanced it's magic society that isn't hostile aliens.

So BP and Capt marvel are the litmus for what we can expect post war.

Yeah, and it could be that the MCU just has a busy calendar. infinity war and they need this to drop first.

But usually shitty movies are released in Feb.
