Such a great idea to use Holiday Road.

They did a great job of picking the songs for the first one, so hearing Holiday Road for the trailer in this one tells me it'll be spot on again.

Yeah, the same writer for both and he confirmed it’s the same universe.

This thread initiated a rewatch for me, just finished and loved it again. I did see something this time I missed the first watch. His dad has the same tattoo on the inside of his left wrist as he does. It flashes when he turns down the TV when the orderly asks him to turn it down lol.

Looking forward to this new one.

I was hoping it would be, but Reddit confirmed it isn’t Nobody 2.

Good time, no alcohol required.

With a surprise in the video.

No Spoiler Review:

Saw it today. If you liked the first one, I’m confident you’ll like this one. Odenkirk is so good in this role. Colin Hanks let Chet cut his hair for this movie.

Saw yesterday pretty good. Funny and entertaining. Good to see Doc Brown still kicking.

That movie was a lot of fun. If you liked the first you will feel about the same about this one. The deadly home alone trope never gets old to me. But the main villain was awful and way too cartoonish. But that was the only weakness and didn’t really hurt it that bad.

This movie is just missing something. What? I don’t know. But I immediately felt a “I could be doing something else id enjoy more right now.”

It’s not bad, I enjoyed it. The movie is just very generic.

I also don’t like they made him seem way too powerful in this one. In the first one, he was a badass but still hurtable. This he can just do whatever he wants with no repercussions

I thought it was a great summer popcorn movie, no notes

I also loved that it checked in at right at an hour and a half. Even the blockbusters this summer have checked in at an average movie time. I felt like movies got a little bloated there for a while.

Eh, it was also a bit too winking at the camera telling us we should like it than actually liking it

It was OK. Odenkirk is great, but an unrecognizable Sharon Stone was horribly miscast as the villain. She's trying way too hard to ham it up.
