Was happy with the premiere. Looks promising so far. Not thrilled about Rachel although the funniest fight still of all time for me was the Rachel vs Ragan BB12 fight in the backyard 
Other than that her voice is back.

Yeah, I feel like it is a solid cast. Potential is there for a good season.

Rachel is definitely going to attempt to get the clips/gifs etc.
I don't think she's in it to win it, I think she's in it for the PUMP.. whether it be to draw attention to her image and her branding she may attempt to create off of this.
Look at the other BB personalities that recently came back in the fray with the Reindeer Games and other BB spin offs...Rachel sees the opportunity to try to make her image "cool" again with the newer generation of BB and that is definitely what she is trying to pull off.

Still trying to get a read on them which is hard to do with just one episode. So here are some wild arse guesses:
Vince: Would be my pick to win until he won first HOH. Out within the first couple of weeks
Amy: First out
Will: Jury Member - no further
Morgan:Will forget the social part of BB and be out before Jury
Adrian: Will go far (The intro package made him seem weird but likeable) Picking as winner, only because out of options.
Lauren: Jury, but then evicted just from being on wrong side of house
Zach: First to enter curse (may be mystery player because it looked like he really wanted to get in the house fast)
Ava: Floater, most annoying, has no read on the house (sidenote her favorite HG is Rockstar

Jimmy can be the "winner" of this season as well, will be interesting to see how he aligns. I would imagine he sets himself within the cool kids and he'll also be on the fringe with some of the outside alliance due to him being likeable.

Absolutely agree and of course for her branding. Unfortunately for her the new generation will be just as annoyed with her even if she were to be more tame.

After the first episode Vince and Adrian seem to be my two favorites. Honestly seems like a solid cast. Only two I came away not liking are the real estate agent and the lawyer, but even the lawyer grew on me some.
Dungeon master guy should get creative and keep the house entertained to buy himself time.
Ex-Mormon guy may be a sneaky pick to make a run deep.
The old black dude seems like a solid baw.
The gay guy who won the comp to pick the HOH players has potential to play a great game or go out in an epic blow up.
Good first episode. Even the two big “game changing rewards” weren’t that big unless there is more they haven’t said yet. Intrigued by the accomplice twist to see who it is. Wish feeds were up for it.

Ugh! Fat Rachel is the surprise house guest? She's annoying AF. At least on her other seasons she was somewhat attractive. They make her out to be this great player. She cried her way through her first season. And was gifted the title in the second season with the same comp that she had won earlier in the same season. And was fortunate that Dick got removed for being HIV positive.
Maybe I missed something on the 17th player explanation? The masked guy said Rachel was NOT the 17th player. Then said if the accomplice is revealed, they would be removed and the remaining 16 would play. But, if the accomplice was not revealed then THEY would become the 17th player. I mean Rachel was last in the house, right?
As far as the accomplice thing. for the very first meeting in the living room, Will was the last one to get to the living room and i don't think he even sat on the couch.
But, if the timer thing was the clue and it started counting down when the first four entered the house, that limits the possibilities to those 4. Zach, Amy, Adrian and Kelley.

this is some good thinking here. so, if it's one of the first 4 in AND a woman, that leaves Amy and Kelley. Might need to rewatch the beginning to see if anything stands out.

So, the timer is on the post behind the big flower pot thing under the stairs. And they first showed it at 9:33 when the first group headed up the stairs.
So, it seems like it started at 10:00 about the time the first person (Kelley) hit the stairs. I didn’t see anyone actually go near the timer before that.
