Or... and here me out, respect the source material and generally follow (doesn't have to be exactly ) the story line as it was laid out. Explain how things work in this universe, how Galactus doesn't have just ONE Herald, but several, and how each became to be...

You've seen the movie? You know that they aren't gonna "Explain how things work in this universe, how Galactus doesn't have just ONE Herald, but several, and how each became to be..."?
We don't know if this movie will be a one off oe set up a bigger arc and probably won't until the box office results.
They could have a plan to bring in Norrin Radd if this is successful. We don't know.
Acting like something is worse because it doesnt stick exactly to the comics is dishonest, we've seen plenty of movie adaptations that turn out better than the source material

I (and most others) don't need to SEE it in advance to know it'll be trash. I knew Rings of Power would be trash, I know War of the Rohirrim will be trash and this is no different. Whinge all you want, but it's the truth.

Doesn't matter. The source material is what brought fans in the first place. Not following it is an unforced error, usually done out of hubris and ego by Hollywood.

I'll be waiting to watch the movie before deciding if they made a mistake with the casting decision or not.

I don't deny that it's likely going to be a dumb decision that was made and it likely won't be a good movie.
But I'll at least give it a chance with an optimistic viewpoint going into it.
I do'nt want to dislike movies or shows that revolve around characters and source material i like. I want them to be good, and will give them a chance and I'll form my opinion after watching them.

Kaiju is the type of guy to call someone an NPC while railing against shows and movies he didn’t watch a single second of but swears they’re trash because some dude on YouTube said so. The movie could score a 100 with critics and audiences but he’d still bitch about woke because one character mentioned that in one scene that they were gay.

Yeah we're all sheep for consuming movies and shows but he'll watch hours of hours of YouTube videos (which are also a product) and donate money to them because he is enlightened.

Yeah, I’m done after Deadpool and Wolverine. It was fun while it lasted. Maybe Spider-Man 4 could briefly drag me back in, but that’s it. Honestly after Endgame this should have been the only movies and just let it die:

Far From Home
No Way Home
Just let those be the Epilogue films and be done with it. You can’t top Infinity War/Endgame.

Why? Seriously. I was going to give joker 2 the same leeway because the first movie surprised me so much. I’m not even that big of a joker fan, but I didn’t dismiss it out of hand.
Then I saw the reviews. Heard the plot summary, and even actors who were in the movie said how awful it was.
Why would you waste your time and money on a movie which treats its fanbase so dismissively when they intentionally ignore the source material? Hollywood is in no position to expect the customers to show up simply because they went to the trouble to make a movie.
I saw Godzilla minus one 5 x in the theater than I bought the direct from Japan version. It wasn’t cheap.
I saw the Legendary’s Godzilla x Kong once in the theater. I won’t be buying the cheapest version on disc or even digital . Have no interest.
I reward the things I like, and simply ignore those things I don’t.
By all means, if this is of any interest to you, go see it..

and i did the same exact thing. I'm usually not one to listen to reviews and want to give it a chance myself, but i have no desire to give that a chance anymore.
and it's b/c i WANT to like it. Why would I go into a movie or show wanting to not like it? I'll bash shows left and right, and have, but i still went into the first episdoe with the intention of wanting to like it. I expected the Acolyte to be terrible. I was shocked i was wrong b/c it was beyond terrible.I expected Agatha to be bad, but I actually enjoyed it despite being vocal on here about how ridiculous the flaming pointless gay stuff in it was.
Try to enjoy things in life and stop being so mad at everything.

Not part of the MCU. This is a whole new introduction of these characters/stories.
I just hope Norrin Radd is introduced somehow at some point and they do the Silver Surfer.
