Funny you call me a liar but then lie on me more than once. Please point to where i said anything akin to this? Plenty of people on this forum love movies i hate. Hate movies i love and i still respect their opinion. Because unlike you they are actually consuming the content.

I proven you’re a liar, 5 different examples posted. You want me to repost the thread? You did it to at least 4-5 posters but by all means keep lying. Anyone who reads your posts in the thread will see what I’m saying is 100% correct. Waiting for you to admit your BS and constantly having you deny proof is a waste of time as you’ve proven so often.

Your. Lying. I did not say anything like that.
Ok you saw Superman. That's one.
That's the only one. Every other point i made is valid.

I don't care if people don't like what i like.
The other day Cocomo said his opinion of me was less because i liked Eric Andre and you know what? I still like Cocomo's threads because he likes tv and movies. Not just bitching about what other people said they saw.
Nothing i said was a flat out lie and you can scream liar and reply 4-5 times in a row. It doesn't matter. I know how opinions work and not everyone will agree. So i know i do not think different of people from having opinions different than my own. My gripe is people like your and sek who don't consume the content yet spam the posts. Which you are still doing.

It’s one thing to not agree on an opinion. It’s another to attack them personally for not sharing yours. Your problem is you’re a hypocrite so you see everything you do as blameless and righteous and anyone who doesn’t agree with has to be shamed, silenced and slandered. This lack of self awareness permeates into non opinion posts of yours and can be seen in your misrepresentations of box office and objective successes in movies. I’m not claiming you’re lying here, this is a mistake of ignorance most likely but it’s another sign of your patterns of discussion.

So is this movie good or not? I’m not scrolling through 13 pages of you women arguing with one another. This thread is beyond embarrassing.

Yes. The vast majority of the posters that actually watched it found it enjoyable.

I didn’t like it. IMO it’s Disneyfied cartoon movie and not a Predator movie. It’s a movie about the power of friendship overcoming heritage and traditions with the plucky sidekick and the adorable baby creature making up the trio that leads the movie. I’m old, Predator and Predator 2 are my favorite movies of the franchise. This movie cannot mesh with those as a continuum of the same franchise imo. If you saw Prey this movie has zero tonal equivalence to that movie which I didn’t like but at least it was a Predator movie. If you’re young, you never saw the OG and you’re just a CGI action movie fan you might like it.

Yes. It was a good movie. It expanded the tale and is a better movie than Predator 2.
But as with all movies everyone has their own opinions.
The majority of posters here who saw it liked it.

I also don't believe the above poster saw it. Because that was the first time he mentioned seeing it.

Well that’s ok, you still lie about me not watching Superman even though I saw it long before you so lying is baked into the cake with your posts.

Because it's odd that all of a sudden you've seen it. But didn't mention going to see it. Or gave an opinion before that post. As of the other day you hadn't seen it. You likely watched a youtube page telling you about it.

Whatever you are one of 4 people who said they didn't like it. Most others did like it. I saw every Predator movie except 87 in theaters. I've been a fan. (Not counting Prey of course)

I think this movie was a great continuation of lore and is one of the better Predator movies.
Yes 87 is better. But Danny Glover Predator is not.
This movie was way better than the recent movies.

So why do you still lie about Superman? Your logic and excuses don’t hold water. I’ve admitted to not watching it for over a week and held off on commentary that entire time. Now, Sunday evening you’re telling me it’s inconceivable that I’ve watched this movie in the last 3 days? Sorry bub your lies plus your logic put you in a very restricted corner when it comes to creating false realities for those you love to attack.

*Better than recent , but it also depends on a certain point of view.

Predator BL is running behind AvP(2004) at the box office. And AvP did slightly better internationally.

- Original Gross (2004): $177,427,090 worldwide ($80.3M domestic + $97.1M international), per Box Office Mojo and The Numbers.
- Inflation-Adjusted (to 2025 dollars):
- Domestic: ~$134 million in 2025 dollars (using average ticket price inflation; 2004 avg. ticket ~$6.21, 2025 est. ~$10.50).
- Worldwide: ~$295–$300 million (rough estimate using U.S. CPI inflation from BLS data: 2004 ? 2025 multiplier ˜1.68x).

- Grok

But for all who liked it, congrats.

Box office is one metric.

By that standard this is the highest grossing predator only movie domestically. Is only been out a week.
.alien movies are different. AVP had a huge marketing budget and was released back when people packed movies and Blockbuster still existed.

I saw it this afternoon. I'd rate it above average and think worth watching. Better than one or two of the Aliens movies.

What was cool for me is that it confirms that Aliens and Predators live in the same universe. I know there have been prior Alien vs Predator movies but I always thought that some kind of What If type property and not canon.

Seems they already have a sequel in mind. Which is cool as I'd like to learn more about the Yautja race.

Another metric is a 68% drop from week one to week two that Badlands had.

Maybe the turkey day holiday weekend will give it a bump.

Don’t worry, according to retard math it’s already made a bunch of money and is by far the greatest Predator movie ever lol. The theatre’s agreed to show it for free and there was no money spent on advertising according to you know who.

I just remember the second one being received poorly. Most thought it was kind of hokey and a reach.

It’s one thing to have a super advanced alien warrior take on elite force guys in the deep jungle when nobody’s around. But to move that into a busy metropolitan area… But at least they saved on shooting & travel cost.
