Something about his movement and look is just off to me....like it just too human looking imo.

the head is too narrow, eyes are too close and less sunken in, face tapers in too much. The ponytail makes it looks like hair.

im ok with the movement. i always thought the stiffness of the old movies was a limitation of the time. I would expect an expert hunter to be agile and nimble.
i was digging the feel of trailer 1.....this ones got me a little apprehensive.

Fair point...I just re-watched the first two so Kevin Hall's performance is probably informing my bias at to how the predator "should" move....which would be how a 7.2 foot tall dude would move in hefty rubber suit...a bit stiff but he did a great job all things considered.

Hall was maybe essential to the role. I know he’s beloved by fans but what he could do in the suit hasn’t been done since and might not be replicated again. Who right now can move like that at that size? Nathan Jones can’t, none of the actors who played The Mountain can. Hall was special.
