My husband thought it would be a good idea. Now we are having doubts.
The formula for each hour was there from the start. Getting to see Hugh Laurier's quirks evolve got old fast because his character was almost too memorable
Is this must-see-tv for anyone?.

It's one of my top rewatches if I'm bored. It's a show where you forget the final diagnosis and the jokes, and that's really why it's worth watching imo. It isn't necessarily a riveting series as far as plot twists/drama goes.
It's not that unlike SVU, really, and I still turn that on all the time

I watched most of its first run. I was proud of myself once because I figured out what was wrong with the patient before House did. Anyway, I'll watch reruns from time to time but I don't know if I could watch the entire series again.

I bought all the seasons off eBay. Watched it back in the day and loved it.

House in the nuthouse is pretty good. Houses head and Wilson heart episodes too. Read a long time ago that Chase has the most right answers out of all of them over the course of the series. Check the web for the best episodes if the formulaic aspect gets annoying.

You have to get through the first season or two. It really gets good when he goes to rehab for the first time.

Rewatching it now and into season six. I’m enjoying it, mainly because it reminds me of how TV used to be before people got offended for the sake of being offended. It’s an entertaining way to end the evening.
