Yeah, I agree. Despite all the storylines in increasing complexity this show is about the boy and the girl. When and if they finally get on the same page the show will end. I can't see this going beyond season 3 and if it does Otis is an idiot and it should end anyway.

Yeah that ending was definitely on purpose to piss people off.
My big problem is the show seems to be crawling time wise. These kids aren’t going to be kids much longer, need to up the timeline speed.

Yeah they all look like seniors to me. For sure nobody looks like they are in the 10th grade so man this show has to end. The actual actors are generally in the 22 to 24 YO range. I'm glad I wasn't the only viewer pissed off but I was a bit ashamed that I was cause after all, this is just a TV show right?

I read Reddit discussions about season 2 and almost universally the fans think it sucked. I also quickly went back through the interactions of Maeve and Otis in Season 1 and she pretty much gave him shite the whole season till the end. That girl is a hard woman to read so it is understandable Otis doesn't have a clue. So I'm ok with S2. Here's to season 3!

Binged s1 in one night, stuck on ep5 and not that interested. I feel like the season is better written and has many more comedic scenes, but it’s not interesting overall and people told me the finale is terrible

they did this on purpose. the show was meant to have a retro feel to it. it’s also cool how they americanized the high school life in the show to appeal to the US audience. high schools in England aren’t anything like the one in the show

They may have done away with the nudity for the most part but man as a parent I'd worry about those kids. They may have hangups but they are trying to do some kind of dirty deed almost every chance they can. I guess that's the reason for the title of the show.

I’m at the party scene at otis’ house and one thing I’ve noticed is that there’s a lot of gay sex in this. More than straight sex. It’s okay I guess cause it’s still funny but still.

Yeah. Non heterosexual stuff is very well represented. Even at my advanced age I've learned Sex Education things from this show. Next season is already casting for a non-binary rabble rouser. Who'da thought?

Need to get back to the boy and girl. That shite tugs at my heart strings. The Adam and Eric and Rahim stuff or whatever his name is just sends me to the bathroom to take a pee break. I'll give it one more season.
On another note I finally had my wife sit down and start season 1 last night. Remember the first scene. My wife said I don't think those are her real boobs. I said honey, I think they really are.
