Why does it have to be focused on politicians at all?
I get that it's hard to differentiate between political issues and cultural issues in this day in age with so many being eaten up with national politics, but there has to be a way to do it.

You have not even seen the episode but you are so upset that they made fun of a politician, that you felt the need to argue about, again, something you haven't seen, for 10 pages now.
I can say that:
1) No one cares
2) if a comedy show making fun of a politician makes you this upset, adjust priorities in life
