quote:if u would see what I see on a weekly basis u wouldn't worry ab them killing a few gators. We have regulations in place to sustain a healthy population and IMO they should be allowed to harvest more.. When there are 3-4 gators in every canal at a given time.. They aren't struggling. If u are concerned ab the population I can take u on a mile long stretch behind my camp and on any given night u will see 20-30 gators

I am from Pierre Part. I went to school with Jacob since kindergarten. I have only met his dad, Troy, a couple times. Really is a nice guy.

Did anyone else notice that when they shot big head that they switched rifles? He was standing in the boat with a stainless rifle and when they showed the close-up of the kill shot it was blue?

I noticed some of the editing is pretty bad... One second he was shooting what looked like a 22 with a banana clip, then the next second he was shooting what looked to be a shotgun. Other than that, this show is awesome. Troy is the frickin man!

I thought I saw him loading a muzzleloader then the next shot was a .22 auto.
How many years has that kid been handling/melting lead. Looks like the effects of it are starting to set in. Anyone notice how in some shots he almost looks blind? I know it's just the way he looks down and to the side and never at the camera for the interview shots but dude looks like "Slingblade Clausen" the lost brother.

Is this show a series or a one off? I don't know how much more mileage they can get out of just gator hunting.
