The blood of those cops and journalists are on Barry's hands. He was beyond delusional to think he could stop zoom without his powers. The second that he found out that Zoom was back on his earth, he should've been making every damn attempt to get his powers back. Hell, he should've been on that machine the second that wells mentioned it to him.
If Barry wanted to stop Zoom save Caitlin and the world, he should've stopped being a pussy and got on that machine. Even if the accelerator exploded like last time all over Central City, it's a necessary price to pay to stop Zoom from taking over the world and terrorizing it.
But I'm still loving the direction they're going with Flashpoint Paradox and I can't wait to see how barry gets back from wherever he is. Although I feel like time will pass a pretty long time wherever Barry is but maybe like a couple hours on Earth One.
Anyway, I'm nervous as frick about Barry and Iris. I saw what happened to arrow with Olicity and I want that to stay the frick away from Flash because toxic relationships have a pretty damn good record of ruining great TV shows. It doesn't take a rocket science surgeon to figure that out.
When Zoom snapped all their necks at super speed, that moment was just so shocking to me it took my breath away. It was a good idea of what Flash would look like if he went rogue. I literally can't believe that CW allowed that to air on National TV given that it's still a family oriented show.

Either of those or no relationship whatsoever. Leave the bullshite couples drama to shows like Greys anatomy and soaps.
But you know if there's going to be a superhero show with a couple being a focal point of it, I want it to be Superman and Wonder Woman as theres lots of potential with it and how they would deal with each others rogues gallery, personal background and Metropolis and Themyscira.
Just imagine this in live action.

To be fair she's gotten a lot better and a hell of a lot less whiny since she found out that Barry is the flash and actually contributes to superhero teamwork decently to the point where she's not a complete net loss.
I'll make a prediction for next episode here....
Iris is going to act as Barry's lightning rod, helping to pull him out of the Speedforce and back into reality. Having spent a good amount of time in the Speedforce itself, he has become supercharged and will use this to defeat Zoom.
Although who knows how long Barry is going to be stuck in the speed force; it could be anywhere from an hour to 40 years.

Great ending. Didn't think they would go that route. I am guessing Wally got hit by a pint sized flash blast. Barry will probably be faster than ever. Hate Iris but damn she dresses sexy.

Agree Iris has been better recently but these relationships do tend to drag things down. I'm wondering how Wally and Jesse will adjust to their abilities and how long until we actually see them realize they even have powers. Can we have multiple flashes in one city? I don't know their comic book backgrounds.

Iris is Barry's lightning rod. After the whole "You always had someone to come home to. Me" deal Iris was saying to Barry, yep. He'll use that as a pulling point to get out of the speed force and he will say something along those lines when he gets out.
Remember in the first season when you could see those little lightning flashes when Barry and Iris touched hands? I think it was when barry was in a coma and there were a few other times it happened.

Iris has been a lot better lately because she has been supportive of Barry, and not creating a bunch of drama. That is where these comic tv show romances kill the show. Last season's Iris was horrible because she was the source of a bunch of unnecessary drama. Same with Felicity on Arrow. But if they would just leave them together, and not keep making their relationship a major storyline of the show, which requires drama in order to do.
Now with that said, Iris picked one hell of a time to drop her feelings on poor ole Barry. Damn, it wasn't like he didn't already have a lot on his mind already.
