Finally going to pull the trigger on this movie Friday night.
i had watched the 2nd half on BluRay earlier this week, so i was aware of some of the spoilers
i enjoyed it a lot, science gets quite speculative at times but even the tesseract bits were at least plausible (bear in mind my knowledge of physics and relativity are kindergarten level at best)
Zimmers score was magnificent as usual, but it did drown out some of the dialog at times
overall a great film, not on my top 10 list but definitely worthwhile

Can't figure out whats my favorite Nolan movie, Oppenheimer or interstellar.
Oppenheimer is probably a better movie, but I think I enjoy interstellar more.
Either way, Nolan is easily my favorite filmmaker of this century.

Just got out of the theater on a rewatch. My oldest son was 5 when this came out, so I took him. Definitely picked up on some details I didn’t notice on my first 3 watches 10 years ago.
One that jumped out to me was the Miller’s planet departure with Romilly saying “goodbye Ranger” after he closed the hatch and the screen fades to black for an instant. Small things like that.
It’s striking how well it holds up. This generation’s 2001: A Space Odyssey. Glad we’re here for Nolan, practical effects/props and IMAX.
Easily, mine all time.

Yeah, I meant to say he's the best filmmaker of this century.
He's definitely my favorite filmmaker of all time as well
