With all the money this series has made, it's ridiculous that amc has raped the budget and oversaturated the series.

It's suffering.

I'm putting it of misery after this season.

This is the last season I'll watch.

That was maybe the best episode of this season. A concise, and emotional story. Not just a 45 minute scene from a war movie.

A lot of people here don't know what they even want anymore and are just using this once fun thread to bitch about the same stuff every week.

The bullets are excessive and silly, but it doesn't ruin my watching experience. This was actually a very good episode with a great emotional impact but many here were just primed to repeat the same quips and jokes they repeated last week.

I've got too much time invested.

Nowadays..it's like going into football season every year. You hope to win more episodes than you lose with the 16. You hope for good direction and coaching, hope things blow you away. Hope for returning and emerging stars to take stage. Satisfaction and entertainment. Etc.

Not really, it's gone down hill and you can't argue that it hasn't.

It's a good show, just not good enough anymore. I'd be willing to be bet the rating looks like a solid downhill slope the past couple years.

People here don't even seem to watch the episodes anymore. The shite posters have ran off all the good ones these threads used to have and the rest are in a rush to get the same tired jokes in about how much the show sucks, yet they can't seem to find anything better to do with their hour on a Sunday.

No, the show has had a drop in quality. You can't deny it, it's running a bunch of people off.

Gone downhill how? Because the current story arc doesn't hold your interest like the previous arcs did? I still find the show enjoyable and of course some episodes are good and some are weak, but such is life with a show like this. It's been like that since season 2.

Opinion. The show is good, but not good "enough." Stop watching. Binge on Netflix. Easy solution.

Perhaps, but compared to other shows on similar networks, I'd bet the ratings are still quite substantial. Substantial enough that this show isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Good article about ratings for TWD.

The numbers are down and it's still easily the #1 show on cable.

Define a "bunch" of people. You mean people on the Movie Board? It's still watched by the same coworkers and friends who I know have watched since the beginning. It's still talked about and trending on Twitter. It's still the most popular show on cable tv.

Just say you aren't a fan of the story arc. I wouldn't blame you. It was about this time in the comics that TWD was at its weakest and it took a while to get interesting again. Still no where near as great when it first started (comic and show) but that's what normally happens with a long running series.

It could be better, and we know it could be. That's just the frustrating part.

It doesn't need 16 episodes. Reduce the cast. Up the budget, and allow more than 1 week per episode. Shitcan gimple..hire Vince Gilligan (I wish)..Etc

..and get rid of Hardwick.

Just go back through this thread and read the complaints. Just because you like it, doesn't mean everyone does.

Well I said next season I was out. Glad you like the crap they are putting out now.

It's not going anywhere, probably another season with 40 percent less viewers like this season and I bet it gets axed sooner than later. Think about that 40 percent less viewers this season.

The no recoil full-auto gunplay is ridiculous, as are the apparently bulletproof vehicles.

Daryl laid down his bike at speed and apparently didn’t get so much as road rash.

Dude in the truck has a gun on his hip, watches Rick pull alongside him, watches Rick climb in with him, and THEN he decides to pull his pistol. Dude.

Ezekiel was dragging himself at first because of his shot up leg. By the time he’s got back to camp, he was moving pretty good but with a limp and a cane. Maybe that toxic waste promoted fast healing.

That said, the episode was decent for these times, I enjoyed seeing Rick and Daryl going on a mission to stop the guns. They are good together.

This episode was a little slow but I enjoyed it overall. I am still lost as to how Daryl and Rick got over to that compound and knew to wait for a Hum V to exit and follow it.
I kept waiting for the tiger to jump on that hillbilly when he was talking to the king. I'm kinda glad it's gone. Not a big fan of the CGI.
