I'm really liking this show. I had a moment in the show that I had a to say, finally! It was when main dude said he needed to get some go phones and the other said they weren't on. He replied they will eventually. Future planning!

Another good episode. Frey and Keamey kicking arse. Loved the part where Keamey asked Frey to explain to him the rules "how do we kill these things". Nora sucks and needs to die. Rudy got what was coming to him for being a species traitor. I guess we now know if you just get nicked you are fricked.

The hacker wasn't just some bum off the street. She's apparently a hacker with a reputation. He has the money to pay for the best so I doubt any less would do. Anyways, yes they shut down most forms of communication.

Just got caught up on this show over the weekend and it is my new favorite show right now. Really like the cast with Peter from House of Cards, Keamy, and Rudy (until last episode). It keeps getting better with every episode.

So glad there is streaming, "on demand" and dvr available. Between Walking Dead returning, The Strain, and Downton Abbey/Mystery/PBS, Sunday nights are my favorite tv nights and I don't have to miss any of them.

I think the show has gotten better, but as much as most seem to think. It's usually the last thing I watch from my DVR list.

They didnt go back to them the next episode so still waiting to hear about them. I'm very interested in that storyline. I suggest you watch that episode though. It was another solid one. If you dont have on demand, I watched some of them on my computer from those ripoff sites like primewire.ag

I read a Rollins book..blood gospel maybe? Where there were monsters (vampires really) and there were another group of vampires who were the same but chose "good" instead. They didn't drink human blood (memory ab it a bit fuzzy) but they fought against the bad monsters. That's what I thought of when I saw that swat team. Their origin allowed them to be on an even playing field with the bad ones.
Bc at this point in strain it seems like unless they kill the master it's progressing too quick to even finish out a season without a chance of doing any damage. (By themselves)

Yea if I was guessing, I would say it was something similar to what you are talking about. Maybe they have been diseased so long that they can finally control it and have their own free will, kind of like the German.
