2002. Maggie could have banged Rust in 1995 but decided to keep it on the DL until she found out Marty was doing Marty things again. As in she did Rust because she was suspicious of Marty back in 1995, but kept it to herself until 2002.
The fact that she goes out in 2002 with the red dress on makes me buy into this. Why would she go home and change into another dress just to bang Rust?
do you people even watch the show?

That was the most insightful article on the show I've ever read. Awesome find.

We have 5 killers involved.
Rust killed Tuttle or another member of the group killed him. Tuttle was 1 of the 5 but the killings continued after his death. The picture of the beer can "figures" emulate a rape seen much like the one Marty's daughter had laid out on the floor in episode 2. Also, Dora Lang had a picture of 5 men surrounding a girl in what appears to be Mardi Gras costumes.
***Mardi Gras is about "playing the opposite" as higher society men often play the beggar in the festival, crawling and begging for change etc.. The killings seem to be some sort of offering or sacrificial ritual to wipe away the sins.
My feeling is we have 2 scenarios:
1) Maggie's father is deeply involved.
- Marty's daughter comes up with the hallmark drawing seen on all the victims (How does she learn this symbol?)
- Also, the daughter plays out a rape seen with her toys. (Again, where does she learn this?)
- The changed 10th grade student is possibly Maggie
- Beth, the ex hooker, was a complete set up
2) Marty is a split personality
- There are some signs pointing in this direction and I hope this isn't the case.
- It appears Marty's other daughter is on the video in the next episode and being brought to be killed. (I believe this plays into one of these scenarios)
- His daughter isn't being targeted for no reason?
Also, could Rust be closing in on Marty?

Everyone (including me) thinks that whatever Rust shows Marty to get that screaming response is either something with one of his daughters, his ex-wife or his ex father-in-law.
What if it is photo or video evidence of Marty being involved? I think if you just got shown evidence of your involvement in 17+ years of kidnapping/murders, it would draw the same type of response.

No, he would try to kill Rust immediately, not yell at him to get out.

Agree. After Sunday according to NP we will know one way or another. We will know that neither is the killer because this week they forge an alliance to catch the killer.

Nah, it's Rust showing his daughter being kidnapped IMO

Nothing in me thinks Marty is involved. I believe him and Rust are gonna kick some arse in the next 2 episodes and one of them dies.
One of them is carrying the other out of the field on fire

Ain't Rust, he's the Rooster. Dude took three bullets and didn't die.

Ain't found a way to kill me yet
Eyes burn with stinging sweat
Seems every path leads me to nowhere
Wife and kids household pet
Army green was no safe bet
The bullets scream to me from somewhere
Here they come to snuff the rooster, aww yeah, hey yeah
Yeah here come the rooster, yeah
You know he ain't gonna die
No, no, no, ya know he ain't gonna die

I agree, there are too many groups of five for it not to be significant.
1. Ledeox
2. Dewall
3. Green-ear Spaghetti/Lawnmower Man
4. Yellow King (Tuttle?)
5. Marty
My thought on Marty's involvement: his daughter has been sexually abused since childhood, and will likely be on that video. Who could have done that to her other than Marty? Dude is sick in the head.

The Yellow King is not a person. It will end up being an idol, or a satanic monstrance, with a sacrificial altar before it.
Lawnmower man is not the Yellow King, but the caretaker of the Yellow King. He does the bidding of the powerful men who make up the cult.

That is a good theory. I like it. The Yellow King ends up being a golden idol. Very biblical.
