Yeah if its 15 mill for record sales for one rock album (and that's accurate) it has to be Alanis Morrisette, Springsteen, Meat Loaf, Hootie, Journey, Metallica, Eagles, or Sir Elton John, based on this list:

Springsteen is the only one on that list who matches criteria I think. Billy Joel has a live album released in 2011.
