Early U2 was awesome. Then they started singing about a brand new day and telling people at concerts to pray for Burma.

I saw Thin Lizzy when I was 13 and probably the coolest thing in my life (up to that point for sure). They ripped through their opening and Phil comes up to the mike and says "are there any girls here with any Irish in them?....are there any girls here that want a little more Irish in them?" then launched in to Jailbreak.
