And now, for something completely different ...
Tower of Power's "What Is Hip" played on a traditional Japanese three-string shamisen, by Shinobu Kawashima, with Juna (Princess of Funk) on bass.

Reminds me of that Jazz-Funk fusion band, The Fearless Flyers:

Enjoyed that, kind of an atmospheric groove. Been appreciating bass lines more lately (I was a brass player so tended toward horn bands). The excellent young sax guy here with Ellen (Noah Hahn) is from Germany, but oddly enough when he sings in English he could go straight to Nashville.

I could go with any of these.
After about 45 seconds of the dude trying to get Seraphine's drums set like he wanted, Kath finally had enough and started the famous intro riff. Terry Kath, one of the greatest gone way too soon.
25 or 6 to 4 Live at Tanglewood
This one speaks for itself.
CN by Pink Floyd
As does this one. Walsh and Felder
Hotel California Live 1977
Or Walsh and Smith
Hotel California Walsh and Smith
Damn shame Steuart Smith is having to give up playing due to his illness.
