Here's how I did it. It only allows you to buy 1 ticket. It's broken.
I selected FLOOR and chose 1 ticket. Purchased it. Then I went back and did it again. It's really frustrated, but it worked.
What sucks is that I didn't want to get the floor. I don't want to deal with GA; however, it's the only way I can get 2 tickets and ensure the wife and I are together.

Why the hell am i being offered seats up in row 20? I just want lowest in the lower bowl.

It was all over the place for me. Would put in in the 20s, then try again and get in row 2. The system is broken. It's a mess

Just checked and now it is working for 2 or more tickets. Bad seats though. Ticketmaster dropped the ball on this one.

I got tix in Sec B, Row 12. Had to try over and over and over again and gave up upper level tix several times. I buy tix often via ticketmaster and my only advice is to keep trying and you'll eventually get some.

After getting row 20-30, I kept calling and refreshing and got tix in Sect A row 12. I was on the phone with the guy who was in the middle of selling me row 18 when 12 popped up on the computer.
Keep trying. The guy on the phone said more will be released Friday but I went with the bird in the hand.

I was able to purchase 1 floor ticket. There is only a few tickets available for Presale , more will be available Friday .

there are, but this problem was from the onset. the moment they went on sale, no tickets were available unless searching for 1 only. That is a problem. I was able to buy 2 floor tickets by doing it one purchase at at time, yet I couldn't find any with a 2 ticket search. Obviously there were at least 2 available since I was able to do this.
This isn't the first time I had this issue with TM. When Tool last played here a few years back, they had the same exact issue with the presale, except you couldn't even get 1 ticket. After about 40 minutes, it finally allowed us to buy tickets. I was able to get good seats still, but the floor was sold out at that time. The Tool message board was flooded with people having the same problem.
TM handles most sales smoothly, but they are not without fail. I much prefer the bands that handle their presale outside of TM. I have had no problems with these.

I had to purchase 1 ticket at a time for The Cure's Chicago show. Now since they're coming to New Orleans , I'll have to sale them . I should've waited for them to come out with complete tour list but I was afraid and dont want to miss them

Omg I wasn't offered parking pass with my floor ticket , and now I am being offered with this funky seat. Another thing that is upsetting , is the fact that you will find all kinds of tickets for sale through other ticket selling companies. Plus , they are asking for a lot more than face value

they were already posted for sale prior to this onsale. they weren't generic either; they had seat numbers assigned. this is a farce, and it is very likely what screwed us today

You can get in the lower bowl with section T being the most mid facing the stage but the distance is that of a basketball court or more. I happily went with A right next to T.
