Pretty much the only thing I agree on with Rex.

My favorite? I'd probably say Robert Plant because his uniqueness is one of the many things that makes Zeppelin legenday.. And I'm suprised I haven't seen many Freddie Mercerys, IMO he's the GOAT

Not at all.
Why?

1. Message boards are all dudes
2. Dudes should, from a basic biological perspective, prefer to hear a female's voice

I love me some BW too! He had an unmatchable bass voice for sure. MG, as far as a vocalist was on another level . I admit, I am biased though as I own every album he made and base my opinion on having heard less noted MG songs. His best vocals are in songs most people have never heard.

Yes, I really did.

You are disagreeing with the notion that the voice plays a major role in attraction? And you are asking if I have brain damage?

In short, though, yes.

There are a lot of things in this world that have their roots in biology via evolution via natural selection via sexual selection.

I don't think the above statement is particularly controversial or even refutable. And I also don't think you're very bright.

I'll go along with that. There is a very special quality to his voice. I'd add Sara Bareilles to the list.

I agree. This is not one of them. You were surprised, right? That's because you're working on a flawed premise.

I don't either.

Speaking of S&G.... Here's Bridge Over Troubled Water from their '69 tour. The tour for that album occurred before the album came out so the crowd had never heard it. Their applause speaks volumes
