Tupelo Honey and Sweet Thing are some timeless tunes...

One I like a whole lot ... Real Real Gone

I think Tupelo Honey is as perfectly written a song as has ever been written. How some dude from Northern Ireland came up with those lyrics I'll never know.
That said, Brown Eyed Girl may be in my top 5 records of all time.

If you mean it was already posted, I didn't read the whole thread that closely. Still, it's MY favorite Van Morrison song.

Trying to pick just one favorite VM song is like trying to pick just one good Louisiana restaurant. It just can't be done. :)
Since many have listed the obvious choices, I'll try to throw a few others out...
Wam Love live 1974
Caravan Unplugged in the Studio
Just like Greta Garbo
The Healing Game
Whenever God Shines His Light...with Cliff Richard

I was just listening to Van Morrison
!
I borderline love everything he's ever done, just some absolutely brilliant songs. Always liked Steal My Heart Away and Days Like This
Without a doubt his most underrated songs ever and one of the best wedding songs if ya got a good live band. Awesome song for a crowd.
