Does Willie get any credit for developing Trey, Herb, Jose, Karlo, Naji, etc.? If Fears develops, are you going to give Willie credit for that?
I'm not big stan of Willie Green, but player development is something that the Pels have basically done well in recent years.

I'm not blaming Willie at all for Hawk being a shite player.
I think player development has been Willie's best attribute.
