Worst thing about sprains....they linger.

yeah but can't you come back much faster from a sprain than a torn achilles?

Definitely. I was responding more along the lines to

"I thought he tore something with how much pain he was in and how he couldn't put any pressure on it. This is very good news."

Yes. While breaks/tears take longer to come back from, sprains tend to linger all the while you are playing. I had a grade 3 sprain on my ankle as a freshman in HS and have barely ever made it through an entire pickup game w/o rolling it during the game. A bad enough sprain could linger for a career

i think what others were saying, at least what I was, is that with the way he went down, it seemed far worse than it was so that fact that it's only an ankle sprain as compared to an achilles tear is VERY good news. seemed worse than it now appears it is.

Aminu with the most uncoordinated foul draw ever.

I always love a good debate about word pronunciations during a basketball game.

Gotta remember too, its the ankle he had surgery on and probably the first time something happened to it since. Probably scared crap out of him more than anything (not saying it didn't hurt).

Had that once with my ankle that I broke and rolled it a year or so after and got the flashbacks. Luckily only a sprain but at the time thought it was all over again.

didn't even think about that being the ankle he previously hurt. just what they need...another lingering injury on this team

IF Gordon plays over 70 games, I can see this team sneaking into the playoffs. Big IF though. I just want to see him play.

I really liked the small sample size we saw with Anderson, AD, and Lopez on the court together.
