If nothing else we could still use him as trade bait if he wouldn't want to stay. As long as we still get the player we want by moving down a couple spots, I'm happy

Which is exactly why the though of trading Jennings to move up a couple of spots may have crossed their minds.

If I'm Dell, I'm telling their GM that right now.

Exactly

If we want jennings we will probably give them a protected first rounder next year, maybe JJ too with the 10.

Is it worth moving back two spots for a second round pick?

I don't know, probably not.

Maybe they throw in cheap 1 year contracts like Mike Dunleavy or Ekpe Udoh since we need players to fill out our roster.

I'd be happy with Sanders + 12. He could play PF and C depending on matchups. He would make a monster shot blocking duo with Davis. And he could come off the bench for AD and do a lot of what he does. No offensive game, but nice size and defense, and still has several years on rookie deal.

Then get a scorer at 12. Would be a good deal.

I think that was Ben Gordon you saw. He just got traded to bobcats for maggette.

If it's really Sanders and 12 for 10 that should eliminate the Zeller talk.

wouldn't Jennings by a RFA? So the Hornets would be in the same position they are in now with EG10

Agreed. I can see why people would want Jennings. And we need quickness and scoring at Guard.

But the guy is selfish and has very publicly stated that as soon as he can go, he's gone to a big market. And he's an LA guy...

I don't want Jennings at all. He shot basically the same FG% and 3PT% as Ariza last year. He will take away way too many shots from EG and AD.
