My point with Garland is he fits in regardless of what direction you go.
Three guard lineup, yeah, it works.
Lonzo and Garland, works.
Jrue and Garland, still works.
Zion progresses as a facilitator, works just fine because Garland is good moving off ball.
There’s a fit, but more importantly, and really all that’s important at this point, is he is a talented guy that will remain a positive asset even if you need to cash him in because his skill sets are skills we know translate. I’m open to Turner, as I like the fit, but I don’t think the 4 gets it done and would not want to start dipping into the Lakers picks for a guy that will be commanding a max right as Zion will and put us into a difficult situation to remain balanced and competitive.

rather get RJ or Morant
In this, the red-yellow vibratory realm, you won't sniff morant at 4.
In the parallel universe, morant weighs 228 and goes #1 overall and leads the USA to Olympic gold with 44 and 16 over doncic and the serbs.

Ja played two full seasons to get where he is. Being a sophomore already doesn’t bode well for his nba career. And he’ll be just about 20 on draft day. That does factor in when you compare the two to me.

That’s the single dumbest metric to judge a player on. The dude can ball. If you can’t see that then you don’t know basketball.
Or sports

Good thing for Portland they didn’t use your logic when they picked Dame over that shiny 19 year old freshman Austin Rivers.
