This team lacks it .
Overlooked aspect of this season is the 2 locker room leaders and respected guys are no longer here: Jonas and Larry - and no one has replaced them .?
CJ has given up on it, sees this group as a lost cause .
Dejaunte hasn’t earned the respect due to the and injury and not playing well enough.
Herb is trying and respected but isn’t an alpha personality .
Until this is addressed team will continue to flounder even if healthy .

You can't build around a guy with a loser mentality. No amount of leadership can make up for a complete lack of accountability from that guy.

They need a legit coach. Someone young that can motivate and connect with the younger guys.
