Okay, it now appears that the Raj group, with Gary Chouest as a minority owner, is still in the running.
Tom Benson is in the running as well, although it appears he currently is in N.O., unless he left for New York this morning.
Forbes values the team at $285mm. NBA is asking $340 mm. I wonder how much each side is willing to overpay with their respective bids.
BTW, this info is available all over the morning news. Not claiming any "inside knowledge".
