I was on my phone and didn’t have audio. What actually happened. I saw BI didn’t jump and then the Celtics threw the ball out of bounds?

We only had 0.3 left on the shot clock, so Ingram didn't jump knowing it would be an instant shot clock violation. After they both didn't jump on the first time, they ran it back. The Celtics guy tipped it to Smart who heaved it up almost under-armed to avoid the shot clock violation, but they would have gotten a full 24 on the change of possession.
