I agree 10k is sad but you do have to park and walk through downtown to get to the game if you dont want to park in a parking garage. For the casual fan thats prob a little to much when the weather isnt perfect.

I don't go to any games until hunting season is over. Too busy during the week to drive from Baton Rouge and all my weekends are spent hunting. I'll go to two or three during late January to April.

Until then, I'll watch them all on Cox Sports, or listen on 94.1

I don't know what I would do with myself if we lost the Hornets. If I could afford it I would buy tickets to every single home game.

If Chouest had already bought the team I wouldn't care. The Hornets are the definition of a distressed asset. Owner under compulsion to sell, a franchise valued at a relative discount given its current market, but that has pieces (Paul, Demps, Monty) that give it a bright future, all of which can be leveraged better in a bigger market. If there was ever a time to buy an NBA franchise and avoid massively overpaying, this is it. Not necessarily saying its going to happen, just saying, from a business perspective, its a fantastic opportunity.

ETA: FTR I have season tickets.

Shocker Ala Tide... and this has been the same every year, I really think the Hornets needs a new promo team and commercials and stuff and I live in BR, so idk but I hope they don't just show the hornets stuff on CST
