That’s the nba. Always been that way. The gap between the really good and elite players is huge.
It’s just really hard to win a title if you don’t have a truly elite player.

I’m going to say it bc I’ve been holding it back waiting for a breakout but Trey has not been particularly good this year since coming back from his injury .
He’s been streaky shooting , indecisive , whiny, and still not rebounding or doing other things to positively impact the game . His space helps , don’t get me wrong but he still has a long way to go to justify the massive contract this board wants to give him .
