Option 1: “imaging shows the injury is healing and he is progressing well and will be reevaluated in 2 weeks”

OR

Option 2: “Zion suffered another set back and will now have to have surgery on his hamstring. Hopefully he will be ready for the start of next season”

Option 1 would be pretty hilariously on brand

Option 2 because if it were to say "Hopefully he will be ready for the start of next season", then we know he'll miss a large chunk of 23-24, which would of course be worse.

Griff, "Zion will definitely play by the end of the year."

Zion misses all of the playoffs.

Griff, "When I said end of the year, I meant 2023. We definitely expect him back in December before the new year."

Option one is what I'm expecting.

Option two tells me that he will miss at least half of next season.

So I'll definitely take option one.

Option 1 no doubt. Option 2 at least you’re getting a conclusion and a concrete answer. Option 1 is the same drag you along BS
