He preaches how important JV is and then purposely removes him from the game. You can’t blame players for trusting JV if you dont.

I love how he wants players to feed JV but hard for players to do that when hes not on the court.

Yea it’s pretty astounding that is not apparent to him that we play better when JV is on the court..And I believe it’s more of a chemistry thing than anything.

Part of the problem is without Zion they need to develop an identity of who they are. I thought it was JV BI and Trey. Except we kept trying to hope CJ would make a play and took JV off the court. Willie needs to stop shooting himself in the foot. Just play the guys that got you there. Dont try to match up with the other team.

He'll likely play the "It wasn't Gobert and KAT out there" card since you know, that must mean they went small as it was not 2 7 footers. 
God this guy is an idiot. He has looked good for like 4 months as Pelicans coach. Think about that. They were downright awful for 70% of last season then awful for about 60% of this season. Don't let the record being over 0.500 and the flashes fool you.

Making adjustments to the situation s not Willie's style. He sticks to his rotations blindly most of the time and people rightfully criticize him for it.
Then when he actually tries to adjust, you realize that its even worse when he does that.
Guy is a legit moron, and I am not sure how he ever became a head coach.
