Looks like John Harbaugh will become the head coach of the Giants
ESPN saying they're working on a deal
No AFC North triple switcheroo

Good thing the Falcons have already made their hire, right?
Who could have foreseen the Bills canning their head coach right after being eliminated from the playoffs?

Off topic as the Dolphins aren't on our 2026 schedule... but I wasn't expecting Miami to go with a defensive head coach
Figured they'd want a QB mastermind to fix Tua
Alas... they take ex-GB DC Jeff Hafley as their new HC

That is shocking and the plan obviously isn’t to walk from Tua since they just gave him that big contract. But they’ll need to knock their OC out of the park, or they’ll be back to irrelevance

Titans making Robert Saleh their new HC
Didn't Saleh already have a rough HC tenure somewhere or am I making that up?

Yep, the Jets. Was booted when the owner brought in A-Rod and they weren’t crushing the league. Plus they didn’t see eye-to-eye
I guess if this doesn’t work out for him, he could just try Cleveland next

Off topic since we don't have Buffalo on our schedule... but WTF is going on with the Bills?
Fire a very successful head coach only to elevate the OC under said HC to be the new HC?
Has ownership slammed the Bills Super Bowl window shut?
Joe Brady named new Buffalo head coach

The Bills defense couldn't get stops when needed. Joe can fix that vs previous coach?

Imagine this scenario if you are an NFL owner. You have Joe Brady and Sean McDermott as your two HC candidates ... and you choose Joe Brady.

The speed with which Brady climbed from basically nothing to HC is astonishing, especially when you consider who he has had at his stops where he was successful vs not.
With us he was just an offensive assistant and had Payton and Brees. At LSU he got way too much credit for the season Burrow, Jefferson, Chase, CEH, and Co. had. 3 of those guys are still absolutely killing it in the league. He flopped super hard in Carolina, and he had Allen in Buffalo to make him looks good.
Just follow the line there. Looked great with Brees, Burrow, and Allen. Looked horrific with Bridgewater and Darnold (and look what Darnold has done his last 2 stops with actual great coaching).

Well he's staying with Allen.

I think he's had success where he had other coaches to provide him a foundation to succeed. Where he has failed he was relied on to provide the foundation for other to depend on.
In the end though, he has one of 32 jobs so congrats to him for working through the system.

Yes but that level of success was deemed a failure by the owner, and without McDermott that defense will fall to the bottom of the league.

Ravens OC Todd Monken will be the Browns new head coach
That is a team on our schedule this year

I guess that depends on who they hire as the DC.

Yea, you're probably right
