Thats what im talkin about. You can question what he's done on the field thats fine, but you keep throwing around words like "pussy", "sissy", etc. The guys' an nfl running back. If he was a pussy he'd be selling insurance. Its not like he's missed games over hang nails, he's missed games because of knee surgeries. The bones in his knee are rubbing together when he walks, what do you want him to do?
Too many times he skirts to the outside and tries to deliver a stiff arm as he goes out of bounds, only to get pushed backward by a DB. He acts like he's tough, but he's really just a pansy. I don't think it's his fault, really. That's how he got away with a lot of stuff playing for USC. They play a bunch of pansy defenses and he can just run a way from people. He can't do that here, and yet he still tries it. It just looks bad for him.
I want him to succeed. I want him to be a good running back for the Saints--mainly because they're paying out the arse for him. But, he's not a good running back. He's a good receiver wearing a running back's number. That's it, really.

I can agree with you on that point.
And while he's not the running the ball like he should be i believe he was showing nice improvment before the injuries.

I also think we need to get off the old "is he an every down back" discussion. To me yards are yards. Whether he rushes for them, gets them out of the slot or out of the backfield, they all count the same. Look at what Harvin does at UF. Who the hell knows what position that guy plays? But that doesnt make him any less of a football player or any less impactful. His tds still count for 6 pts.

i dont think he was ever healthy this year. Remember how is knee swelled up almost every week. He missed a lot of practices this year before he really hurt his knee.

Mouth, I have since fixed it, but I'd rather you let me make you another. I've gotten a lot better, and I have a good idea for your next one. I've been making them on the help board in the sticky that has sig pics. Check it periodically for your new one.

AJF, i think you should join the colts you damn fairweather fan. Why don't you just support the Saints, if you are a saints fan. And maybe you should stop calling our biggest offensive threat a pussy. Reggie Bush is good and you suck.

Just for the record, he said the same EXACT thing when he got hurt at the end of last season.
