You would think Mason Graham if he's available.
If not, take a look at the top edge guy on your board.
Wonder if Moore will go defense in the first round or being an offense guy get his offense a weapon in the first.

So the Saints are going to just promote Brandon Staley to head coach after they fire Kellen Moore 3 years from now?

I love how nobody outside Saints think Carr is the guy , but Saints gave him $150M

Dennis Allen gave him that $ and you see where he is now right?

Ask ChatGPT how we can get cap compliant.

If Mason Graham is there for us and he picks someone on offense, this board may witness a melt it has never seen before.

I said before you can't have enough former HC's on your staff.

Weak jaw. Would prefer someone with a Hegseth type jaw, but we'll give him a shot

Nick just said Rizzi would have hired Chip Kelly as OC
Didn't Kelly get like 6 mil from the raiders for the oc job?
I doubt Kelly would've picked the saints anyway. Kelly looked great as an oc this yr in college but the nfl is a different animal.

Lmao.
This board?
This board has been melting for months. And they’ll continue to melt no matter who’s picked. lol.

Everything should be on the table.
New staff and all.
DLine and safety could use a bump.
not so sure about CB but if some reason Will Johnson is there? why not? What has Taylor done consistently on the outside to have us sold? Kool Aid didn't play a ton nor show a lot of promise. Adebo made plays on the ball but also got flags thrown on his coverage more than you'd like. He's coming off a bad leg break so probably won't get a lot of money thrown his way?

Might be my biggest melt on here since the Kenny Vaccaro pick. Graham is a monster.
I do wonder if they decide to switch to 3-4 if they don’t take a harder look at someone like Jalon Walker, who is essentially a Micah Parsons/Nolan Smith wannabe. Someone who is fluid enough to go out in coverage but is mostly an edge defender. Most 3-4s have a dedicated edge that mostly stays there (Josh Sweat for Eagles) and an opposite LB on the edge that can kind of do both (Nolan Smith for the Eagles).

I agree, While the scouting staff seems to largely be the same (At least for this offseason) it will be this new coaching staff that ranks the team needs and sets the draft board. We don't even know who that staff will be or what their needs will be.
Fans get it in their heads who the best and highest ranked players are and without fail get a lot of them wrong as it relates to the "teams" view of the prospects. And it's not just the Saints and their fans. Every draft there are players that fall and players that shock everyone by going higher than "their" board had them.
